    Visit Jvari monastery, Svetitskhoveli, Uplistsikhe, Gaioz Sopromadze cellar for wine tasting, night at Baias winery

    We will start the day by visiting Mtskheta - the old capital of Georgia. Our first destination will be Jvari Monastery (6th cent.). From here you will see the beautiful landmark of the confluence of two rivers. Then we will walk the narrow, old architectural style streets of the town and browse handmade products displayed on small counters. Then we will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - UNESCO World Heritage Site, known as the place of Tomb of Christ Robe.

    Our next destination will be Uplistsikhe - an ancient rock-hewn town, which contains structures dating from the Early Iron Age to the Late Middle Ages.

    After that we will visit the historical Imereti region and Gaioz Sopromadze cellar built in 1914 for wine tour. The winery produces wine by organic processes using local grape varieties in Baghdati.

    At the end of the day we will stay at Meore Obcha village, the winery which is unique, run by three young winemakers Baia, Gvantsa and Giorgi. They speak English and communication is easy and interesting. They are using innovative blockchain technologies to make their wine authenticity more transparent - from producing to your tables.

    Kote Kavtaradze or Sazano’s wine for wine tasting, Shaori lake, Nikortsminda cathedral, Shovi and Utsera resorts, Night in guesthouse gallery, Oni

    In the morning we will drive Terjola where we have two options. One have a tour in Kote Kavtaradze local winery where we can drink wine made by Imeretian grape varieties. Wine there is fermented according to European filtration techniques.

    The second option is in the village Sazano, Imereti region. In Sazano wine cellar we will taste delicious wine, made from endemic grape varieties as well and have Georgian wine tour.

    Our adventure will continue in the Shaori water reservoir which is surrounded by the Nakerala mountain range. The lake is picturesque in every season. After taking amazing photos we will go to a treasure of national architecture - Nikortsminda Cathedral – built in the 11th century. Beautiful decor of Nikortsminda amazes every viewer.

    Then we will visit Utsera and Shovi resorts which are famous for their green nature and healthy mineral waters.

    After tasting the waters we will arrive in Oni. Guesthouse gallery - our preferred option can be possibly one of the most authentic locations to stay in Georgia. Wonderful hosts, delicious food, handmade furniture, hostess art school teacher, lots of artifacts in the house making it comparable to a museum, their own brandy and their super smart dog will amaze guests.

    Notsara or Gona local jeep ride very early morning, then drive to Chrebalo, Chrebalo wine cellar, Royal khvanchkara (optional), night in Chateau Dio

    Our first destination will be Notsara alpine valley. Here we may need a local jeep to get the best view of the summits. For the best view, a very early morning will be preferred.

    Notsara is the land of glaciers, where magical summits appear in front of our eyes. Tsitela(4317m), Tsikhvarga(4140m) and Burjula (4365m) and their glaciers making rivers falling from summits open incredible panoramas for us. Depending on the time of year or the condition of the mountain road not all roads may be possible to be covered by jeep. However, Gona village represents a perfect alternative. Here Laboda and Tsiteli summits (4317) are in front of us, just behind the village so we can feel the magic of Georgian Switzerland - Racha region.

    After that we will drive to village Chrebalo which is famous because of Khvanchkara wine. Cellar produces wines of the Racha and Lechkhumi areas. There you can taste local snacks and multiple kinds of wines including Aleksandrouli red dry, Tsulikidzis tetra white - semi sweet or dry and of course Khvanchkara wine. Khvanchkara is a very famous wine for Racha, it is semi-sweet red wine made up from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grapes. It was the favorite wine of Joseph Stalin who did forcible promotion for this wine in Russia and other soviet countries.

    Alternatively we could visit Royal Khvanchkara Winery which produces semi-sweet Georgian wines including - Tvishi, Khvanchkara and Usakhelouri.

    Our last destination on this day will be Chateau Dio winery where you will have a tasty dinner with the best georgian wine Khvanchkara wine tasting. The guesthouse is in the vineyard itself. Just like the Gallery guesthouse, this one can be one of the best in Georgia. They have very tasty shkmeruli (chicken in the garlic sauce) which is the speciality of the region. The host family just like bees take care of everything - the farm, wines, grape trees, making food for hosts or greeting them.

    Lailashi pool, Ghvirishi waterfall, Zanduris sakhli lunch, Miranda's wine, night in Korenishuli Veranda

    After breakfast we will visit the picturesque Lailashi pool from where you can take amazing photos with the beautiful mountainous nature in the background. Then we will go to Ghvirishi waterfall descending from the giant rock - the glass bridge there will make it a more unique experience. We will have lunch at Zanduris sakhli located in a small village where we will taste delicious Georgian dishes and drinks.

    Then we will visit a local winery owned by a woman - Miranda's Wine. There we will taste Tvishi - Georgian wine and drive to another wine hotel Korenishuli Veranda, surrounded by the vineyards of the Tsageri region.

    Kulbaki lake fishing, wine cellar in Okureshi for tasting Usakhelouri wines, Rachkha waterfall, Mt Khvamli ride, night in Kutaisi - bar sapere or satsnakheli

    After breakfast we will drive to Kulbaki lakes surrounded by forested mountains. There we will relax and enjoy the views. You can try fishing , breathe fresh air and taste delicious fish.Then we will visit Rachkha Waterfall which attracts many visitors and can be really beautiful and easy to reach. It is hidden in a deciduous forest and creates a beautiful landscape that is why the waterfall is ideal for picnics and relaxation. After that we will visit Okureshi where we will taste Georgian wine Usakhelouri (red grapevine variety) which is considered as a more prestigious (luxurious) Georgian wine. After enjoying views of the vineyards of Usakhelouri below Khvamli mountain we will drive to Khvamli mountain with amazing panoramic views to the Lechkhumi region. Here we can take perfect sunset photos in case of good weather. Finally we will drive to Kutaisi where we can visit bar Sapere or Satsnakheli to taste alcohol drinks and enjoy the evening or just rest our livers and body and refresh.

    Martvili canyons, oda family winery, making of elarji, back to Kutaisi for musical program in the restaurant, palaty or kvamli restaurants

    In the morning we will visit an amazing Martvili canyon and enjoy the boat ride in the beautiful green gorge. Later, you will visit the beautiful Salkhino garden or Kaghu waterfall.

    After the activity we will visit Oda family winery for lunch– the first touristy winery in Samegrelo region. There you will explore Oda(an old Megrelian house) and the beautiful garden. Then you will taste Megrelian wines (Dzvelshavi, Ojaleshi and others) and have a tour about winemaking in the region.

    There we can have a Georgian traditional food “Elarji” workshop. Locals will show you a unique technique of making tasty dish of corneal with Sulguni cheese. You will be able to do it yourself and learn more about Georgian gastronomy.

    In the evening we will return to Kutaisi for delicious dishes and a musical program in the restaurant.

    Drive to Batumi, batumi tour, batumi fish market, visit restaurant Bern (European), night in Batumi

    After breakfast we will drive to Batumi - one of the most popular and visited cities in Georgia. While walking in the beautiful streets of Batumi, we can visit Piazza Square, take unforgettable photos with the statue of Medea on Europe Square. We can also take a walk along Lake Nuri Geli and the Neptune Fountain.

    Then we will walk on the seaside boulevard in Batumi. We will see the remarkable sights: the Alphabet Tower on which all Georgian letters are depicted, the statue of Alice and Nino - lovers from the famous Caucasian bestseller novel embracing each other. We will go to the fish market where you buy freshly caught sea bass fish and have it fried for you.

    In the evening we will visit an European restaurant - Bern, in the center of the city. No wine tasting and Georgian food for today.

    makhuntseti waterfall, Machakhela gorge, Ilia’s winery, Shervashidze cellar or Chateau Iveri, evening at Ghele Ghurdani restaurant, night in Batumi

    In the morning Makhuntseti Waterfall will be our first destination. It's authentic with the restaurant below the waterfall, but we will not eat there. After taking pictures we will visit the Colchian forest ecosystem – Machakhela gorge which is full of beautiful forests on the slopes of the Machakhela River, where the entire area is covered with green nature.

    Then we will visit Ilias winery where we will see Kvevri vessels from the 10th century. We can sit in an outdoor hut, enjoy the amazing landscapes and taste delicious wine. Our next destination can be Shervashidze cellar with a beautiful vineyard or Chateau Iveri with rich winemaking traditions.

    In the evening we will visit Ghele Ghurdani restaurant which offers a beautiful atmosphere and delicious dishes. The restaurant is very authentic and purely Georgian. The river flows next to outdoor small huts where you can sit and taste Georgian and Adjarian dishes including Sinori and Borano. It is an experience to remember and can be very pleasant too, especially if you happen to be there after a hot summer day in Batumi.

    Visit Mtirala National Park, eat Adjarian Khachapuri at Paragraph Shekvetili resort and drive to Tbilisi

    In the morning we will reach Mtirala National Park where we will walk to the Tsablnari waterfall (28m). It is wet and moist air, nature is so green and exotic, it feels tropical. Mtirala means crying, so this is the mountain with the highest amount of precipitation in Georgia. Chestnut forest trail which passes through the lake and waterfall is an easier hike in nature and will occupy only half of your way (only 7km). Colchic box trees, a variety of flowers, picnic spots, exotic villages, you will find yourself in the wonderland. If guests can not hike, they can just take a walk in the beautiful nature across the river gorge.

    After that we will visit Georgia’s one of the most luxurious hotels Paragraph Shekvetili resort to taste one of the most popular Georgian dishes – Adjarian Khachapuri (cheeseboat) and enjoy the unique atmosphere there including the aquarium.

    In the evening we will arrive in Tbilisi.
